WONT LET ME CASH OUT

I absolutely loved this app and I have $37 and it wont let me cash out! Im so angry about it Ive had this app for 4 months and it was so excited to cash it and it wont let me! It says my paypal account isnt associated with my Qriket account even though its the same email. I need help can someone please help this is so annoying! I need the money right now and its not letting me cash out!
