Terms of Service? 50% win probability? No way.

So the terms of service on the Qriket app states, and I quote, "A 50% probability determines if the selected Color is a winner. If the selected Color is a winner, the prize value is confirmed and displayed." Its a statistical anomaly then that Ill routinely lose ten out of ten spins or more, practically every time. I wonder when someone with a statistics background will blow holes through their terms of service.
